A man was dragged out of his car and punched in a racially abusive assault.

The incident happened in Lowestoft last Monday at around 530pm, in the car park of Tesco’s on Leisure way.

The suspect is described as a white male, aged 35 to 45 years old and was of large build, with a bald head and was wearing a grey hooded top with black sleeves.

Police are appealing for witnesses, they said:

"The incident happened shortly after a road rage incident at the roundabout near James Paget hospital involving the same vehicles."
