Cancer Research's Shine Night Walk will be taking part in Norwich tonight for the first time ever.

Among those taking part in the 10k walk is Gayle Langley, a teacher from Lowestoft, who was diagnosed and beat follicular lymphoma in 2017.

She is taking part with his Aunt and hopes to it will encourage more people to get checked out if they have concerns.

"I always thought that if you had cancer you'd feel ill and I didn't feel ill, I felt tired but that was normal for that time of the year".

"Listen to your body and if you have any concerns, get to the doctors. Trust your body and your instincts, because you know your body better than anybody else."

Mrs Langely told us that she's "really excited to see the City at night", especially because she hasn't been to the city in over a year.
