Norwich City striker Jordan Hugill is moving to rival Championship side Rotherham United on a permanent basis.

The forward joined the Canaries in summer 2020 from West Ham. He made 44 appearances in Norwich colours, scoring six times.

He also enjoyed loan spells at West Brom and Cardiff.

Speaking to the Norwich City website, Sporting Director Stuart Webber said: “Jordan has been a great professional since the day he walked through the door. We wish him and his family well in this next step.

“Jordan played an important role in our promotion from the Sky Bet Championship two seasons ago and has proven to be a great support for Teemu Pukki during his time with us.

“We all wish Jordan the very best with his move. He’ll always be welcome back at both the Lotus Training Centre and Carrow Road.”
