Norfolk Olympian Sophie McKinna is appealing for help after a bag containing her shot puts and training equipment was stolen from a car in Bradwell.

The 28 year old, who was born in Gorleston, is a double British Champion and competed at Tokyo 2020.

She says she may not be able to compete at next week's British Championships unless her belongings are returned.

A bag containing her shot puts and other training equipment was taken at around midday yesterday (February 7) form a car outside an address in Bewick Close in Bradwell.

Sophie's urging people in the area to "check bins, hedges, anywhere you can think of."
