A private counsellor in Norfolk is urging all those doing exams this month- to talk to somebody if they get overwhelmed.

Many are sitting GCSE or A-level papers, next week. Save My Exams say that 85 percent of students experience exam anxiety, at some point.

The last of these exams are scheduled to take place on June 24th.

Ruth Noble works in Diss:

"If you notice yourself getting really stressed before or during an exam, please do let somebody know how you're feeling. Take a breath, a break and reach out".

"Don't go into this thinking, this is the most important thing I will ever do in my life. It is not.

"All you can do, is do what you can. Although it feels like it's taking over your life, there's so much more to you than this".
