Man in his 70s dies in Downham Market crash

A man in his 70s has died after a crash in Downham Market earlier today.
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and Ford transit van on the westbound carriageway of the A1122 at 11:37am.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
Nobody else was hurt in the crash.
Officers are now appealing for witnesses or anyone who captured dashcam footage close to the scene to get in touch.
