Man dies in Shropham crash

Norfolk Police has confirmed a man in his 30s has died following a crash in Shropham at the weekend.

Emergency services were called to Hargham Road towards the centre of the village shortly after 2am on Sunday 11th October.

It was reported a blue Vauxhall Meriva left the road and collided with a tree.

The driver, a man in his 30s, died at the scene.

The road was closed while emergency services were at the scene.

Norfolk Police is keen to hear from anyone who saw the crash or the manner of the driving of the car involved before the collision, and anybody with dashcam footage of it happening.
