Man dies after crash at Attlebridge

A man's died after a crash near Attlebridge.

It happened at 2.44pm on the A1067 yesterday.

The crash involved a black Suzuki Alto and white DAF truck on the A1067 Fakenham Road.

The Suzuki Alto was travelling from the direction of Norwich towards Fakenham and was in collision with a white DAF truck travelling in the opposite direction.

The driver of the Suzuki Alto, in his 70s, was treated at scene by paramedics but sadly declared deceased on route by land ambulance to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.

Emergency services were on scene, including fire and ambulance, and road closures were in place until 2.05am this morning.

Anyone with any information who may have witnessed the collision, is urged to contact officers.
