Man charged with public decency offence in King's Lynn
He was laying naked in a park on Saturday afternoon
A man has been charged with outraging public decency in King’s Lynn.
Police were called just after 1pm on Saturday 26 July 2025 to reports of a man laying naked in The Walks park. A man in his 30s was arrested and taken to King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Subsequently, 32 year old Vygantas Zilinskis of Goodwins Road, King’s Lynn has been charged with committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner.
He has been bailed with strict conditions – including not to return to The Walks, not to go to any children’s play areas and not to be drunk in a public place.
He is due at King’s Lynn Magistrates Court on 26 August 2025.
