Man in 20's appears in court charged with murder in Norwich

A man in his 20s charged with murder appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court Wednesday morning (5 November).

British national Moses Fernandes, 22, of Layer Close, Norwich, appeared at Magistrates’ Court on suspicion of murder.

He is due to appear at Norwich Crown Court Thursday (6 November).

Terry McFadyen, 71, pending formal identification by the coroner’s office, was found at a property in Layer Close, with stab wounds where he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

A Home Office post-mortem examination found the cause of death was due to blood loss and hypovolemic shock.
