Woman spat at in street in Lowestoft by men she didn't know

Police want to hear from people who saw what happened

Police are investigating after a woman was spat at by two men she didn't know in Lowestoft.

The victim, who is in her 20s, was walking back from the shops last Thursday afternoon, January 7, when three men approached her at the junction with St Margarets Road and Park Road.

Two of the men then spat on her, before continuing on their way.

The woman was not injured in the incident, but she had been left shaken by what had happened.

The three men were all described as being approximately 5ft 3ins tall, aged between 16 and 17-years-old, all wearing either jeans or tracksuits.

One of them wore a blue and dark red jacket and all three had dark hair.
