Indecent exposure in Beccles
Police are appealing for witnesses
Police are investigating a report of indecent exposure in Beccles.
It happened last Thursday (18 March) at about 3pm in Black Boy Meadow in the town.
The victim, a woman in her 30s, saw a male indecently expose himself by a tree before he walked off laughing as he went.
The suspect is described a black, aged25 to 30 years old, about five foot , six inches tall, of medium build and was clean shaven. He was wearing a black bomber jacket and a blue top and light blue denim jeans
