Three men have been released on bail after an incident last week in Hingham where a pack of hunting dogs killed a fox in a back garden.

Police were called at around 3:30pm last Monday afternoon (Feburary 20) to Hingham.

A pack of dogs were seen to enter a private back garden, before attacking and killing a fox they'd been chasing.

Two men aged in their 20s from the Swaffham area were questioned on suspicion of hunting a wild mammal with dogs, criminal damage and having a dog dangerously out of control.

A man aged in his 60s from the Beccles area was arrested on suspicion of hunting a wild mammal with dogs and having a dog dangerously out of control.

All three have been released while investigations continue.

Police are also investigating a similar incident that happened at Tittleshall earlier this month.
