Two in hospital with serious injuries following Rackheath crash
A car came off the road early this morning
Two people are in a serious condition in hospital following a crash in Rackheath.
It happened on the A1270 Broadland Northway around 2:15am this morning (Thursday 6 February), when a Silver Ford Focus ST left the road between the Wroxham Road and Salhouse Road roundabouts.
The road was closed while emergency services, including fire and ambulance, were on the scene.
The people in the car, a man and a woman in their 20s, were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.
The road reopened at around 5.30am.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or how the car was being driven before it happened.
