Fourth man charged over fight in Norwich

Police investigating an affray on Bignold Road in Norwich have charged another man with GBH.

The incident occurred on Sunday 30 March at around 3pm, where a group of men were seen to be fighting. One of the men sustained injuries to his face, arms and legs.

A man in his late teens was arrested on Wednesday 21 May and taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Jayden Gray, 18, of Newbegin Close, Norwich has subsequently been charged with GBH with intent and possession of a bladed article in a public place.

He appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday where he was released on bail ahead of his next court appearance on 19 June 2025.

Police have already charged three other men in connection with the incident and they are due to appear at Norwich Crown Court on 23 October 2025.
