Five men charged after cannabis factory discovered near Thetford

Around 450 cannabis plants were discovered in Banham last week

Five men have been charged after the discovery of a cannabis factory close to Thetford last week.

Over 450 plans were dicovered at an address on The Moor, Banham, on March 15.

The men have been charged as follows:

  • Aldito Drobaj, aged 21, of The Vale, London - production of a Class B drug (cannabis)
  • Bledar Troka, aged 33, of Turner Road, Edgware, London - production of a Class B drug (cannabis)
  • Emirjan Gatali, aged 29, of High Street, Edgware, London - production of a Class B drug (cannabis)
  • Hajden Kodra , aged 32, of High Street, Edgware, London - production of a Class B drug (cannabis)
  • Kristjan Pergjeci, aged 22, of no fixed address - production of a Class B drug (cannabis) and possession of a knife in a public place.

All five men appeared in court last Thursday (March 16) and have been remanded in custody ahead of another appearance on April 13.
