Three arrested after man seen with firearm in Norwich
Police were called to a shop in the city last night
Three people have been arrested after a man was seen with a firearm in Norwich.
Police were called to an incident at a shop in London Street last night (11 April 2024) at 10:02pm, following reports of three men in the shop.
One of them had been seen in possession of a firearm.
Firearms officers attended the scene and three men were arrested on a bus in Theatre Street, Norwich.
They also seized a BB gun.
A man in his 20s, an 18-year-old and a teenager were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a firearm.
They were taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning, where they remain.
