Fatal crash at North Walsham investigation continues

Police want to trace a silver car

Police are looking to speak to the occupants of a silver car who may have witnessed a fatal collision in Coltishall on Sunday 2 May.

A triathlon time trial bicycle was being ridden in the direction of North Walsham, near the junction of Ling Way on the B1150 North Walsham Road, when it collided with a black Ford Kuga. The incident happened at around 3.30pm.

The cyclist, a man aged in his 50s, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries. He sadly died as a result of his injuries on Sunday (9 May).

Police would like to speak to the occupants of the silver car who may have witnessed the collision or the manner of driving of either the rider or driver prior to the collision to come forward.
