""It's really important that we talk about this honestly and openly"
Tim Owen is from '3 Dads Walking'- who've raised over a million pounds for charity Papyrus
"Suicide prevention doesn't necessarily start with the professionals. It starts with somebody struggling and another person being willing to listen to them and help.
"It's really important that we talk about this honestly and openly. There's about seven thousand people that takes their own lives, every year in the UK.
"In the UK it's one of the biggest killers of under 25s. So it's vitally that we understand the risks, talk about it and talk about suicide prevention.
