Appeal after young girl bitten by dog in Hunstanton

Police are appealing for information after a young girl was bitten by a dog on Hunstanton beach last weekend.

She was reportedly attacked while walking with a family member on Old Hunstanton Beach at around 1:30pm on Sunday (September 11).

The girl suffered puncture wounds and teeth marks, as well as cuts and bruises.

The dog is described as a balck and white collie, but its owner hasn't been traced.

Norfolk Police are urging any witnesses to get in touch.
