Lorry hits central reservation on A47

Police were called at 12 midday today (12 April) to reports a lorry had collided with the central reservation on the A47 westbound carriageway between Harford Bridges and Trowse.

A spokesperson said:

There does not appear to be any significant injuries but the driver of the lorry is being checked over by an ambulance crew at the scene as a precaution.

The central reservation barrier has been damaged and Highways have been called to deal with the repair.
