Covid hits bin collections in Norwich

Garden waste collections have been temporarily suspended in Norwich.

Because of staff having to self isolate, due to the covid-19 crisis, the City Council's confirmed services have been put on hold until further notice.

The authority has called it 'exceptional circumstances' but say all other rubbish and recycling collections will go ahead as normal.
