CCTV appeal launched after shop thefts and assault in Lowestoft

A man allegedly took laundry products - before attack shop staff who tried to stop him leaving without paying

Police have released CCTV images of a man they're trying to trace in connection with an assault and thefts from a shop in Lowestoft.

It happened at around 9:10pm on October 11 at the Premier Stores on Norwich Road.

A man took laundry products and attempted to leave withouth paying.

He pushed a female member of staff who tried to prevent him from leaving.

The woman wasn't hurt.

Anyone who recognises the man pictured is being urged to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
