Man dies after medical episode on the Broads

A man's died following a medical episode on the Norfolk Broafds.

Police were called to Bridge Road, Potter Heigham at 4.45pm yesterday (Tuesday 25 September) to assist ambulance crews, following reports a man had suffered a suspected medical episode and entered the water.

Despite the best efforts of those at the scene the man, in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers tell us his next of kin have been informed.
