Body found during search for missing man from Norwich

A body's been found in Horstead during the search for a missing man from Norwich.

It was found at Coltishall Bridge yesterday afternoon (9th July 2024).

Police tell us, though formal identification hasn't taken place, the family of 65 year-old Phil Edwards, who hasn't been seen since last Friday, has been told.

Officers say the death's not being treated as suspicious.

A file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.
