Investigation launched after body found on the A47 in Acle
Emergency services were called earlier this morning
Police are investigating the death of a man who's body was found on the A47 at Acle in the early hours of this morning.
Officers were called at around 12.15am on Tuesday 14th December to reports a body had been found in the road.
A full road closure was put in place while emergency services attended the scene.
Officers say enquiries are ongoing but the death is being treated as unexplained - it's not thought to be suspicious at this time.
Anyone who saw anyone who may have been in the area prior or during those times are asked to come forward.
The road reopened at around 7am.
