Police in Lowestoft are asking for information after a woman suffered neck and head injuries on Victoria Road.
The woman, who is in her 30s, was injured between 5.39pm and 5.43pm on Thursday 27th November. She went to hospital later that day, and police were informed the following day.
Suffolk Constabulary said its officers are investigating how the injuries occurred. Their enquiries include reviewing CCTV footage, and they remain open-minded about the circumstances.
Police are asking members of the public who may have seen anything, or anyone who lives or drives in the area and may have useful footage, to come forward.
Officers are particularly interested in hearing from people who saw a woman in her 30s walking along the road with a black dog at the time.
Anyone with information, CCTV footage or dash-camera footage is asked to contact Suffolk Constabulary.
