Lorry carrying livestock overturns on A47

The road has now reopened.

A lorry carrying livestock has overturned on the A47 between the Thickthorn Roundabout and the A140 Ipswich Road.

The road was closed in both directions and emergency services, including specialist contractors, were called to the scene.

The vehicle has now been recovered and the road has reopened.
