Norfolk man cycles 200 miles for Christian Aid
Julian Bryant will get on his bike to raise funds for people impacted by COVID in countries like India.

Christian Aid’s Church Engagement Officer for Norfolk and ordinand at St Edmund’s Taverham, Julian Bryant will be cycling 200 miles around the borders of Norfolk to raise money for people impacted by COVID-19 in countries like India.
Starting at the crack of dawn, Julian is set to go from Great Yarmouth to Diss, Thetford to King’s Lynn, Wells, Sheringham, Cromer and back to Yarmouth.
He’s been training for 6 months, and says it’s going to be worth it, to make a difference.
Across the world there are many people waiting for the vaccine. Even with the Government sending vaccines, there’ll still be waiting for some time.
“While they wait, people living in communities facing poverty need soap, Clean water, face masks, PPE, accurate information and more.”
Christian Aid is working alongside communities in India and other countries providing these things through their Coronavirus appeal.
“That’s why I’m doing this, people's donations will save lives while people wait for the vaccines to come.”
He tells us what he plans to do once he’s completed the challenge:
“When I get back, I’m looking forward to some fish and chips to celebrate!”
