Two people charged over Oldham shooting and stabbing incident

They're appearing in court today

Two people have been charged after a man was shot and another sustained stab wounds in Oldham.

It's after officers were called to Royal Oldham Hospital, as well as Busk Road, on Wednesday after two men presented themselves with injuries.

One sustained gunshot wounds, and another received knife wounds.

Stephen Wilson, 28, from Salford and Jordan Aston, 33, of No Fixed Abode have both been charged with attempt murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

They have been remanded in custody and will appear in court today.
