Two charged over death of three-year-old in Rochdale dog attack

A man and a woman have been charged in connection of the death of three-year-old Daniel Twigg from May 2022.

Daniel sadly died after sustaining injuries as a result of being attacked by a dangerous dog on Tunshill Lane, Milnrow in Rochdale on Sunday 15 May 2022.

Mark Twigg of King Street, Radcliffe and Joanne Bedford of the same address, have been charged with gross negligence manslaughter.

They have been notified to attend a scheduled court appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Wednesday 31 July 2024.
