Stockport County to lift trophy and celebrate promotion and winning League Two
It's expected to be a sell-out game against Accrington Stanley at 3pm

Stockport County fans are preparing for a title party at Edgeley Park following their final home game of the season against Accrington Stanley.
The Hatter made history on Tuesday night, with a 5-2 win away at Notts County securing a first EFL league title for the club for 57 years, following on from securing promotion to League One last Saturday.
In a statement online, Stockport County said: "The County Courtyard will be opening from 1pm on the day, with live music, player appearances and plenty of food and drink on offer ahead of the game. We will also be remaining open into the evening for a big title party, and invite all fans to come and join us to celebrate.
"We are also set to be joined from 2pm on the day by DJ John Fitz, who will be blasting out all of your County favourites ahead of kick-off, so make sure to come down early to soak up the party atmosphere!
"Following the conclusion of the match against Accrington, the players and coaching staff will exit the pitch, before being invited back out to be presented with the League Two trophy, which will be lifted by club captain Paddy Madden.
"After the trophy lift, the players and staff would like to take part in a lap of honour around Edgeley Park, taking the time to thank each and every one of you for your fantastic support this season. We want everyone inside the ground to be able to feel part of the celebrations and share in the club’s success, which would not be possible without you.
"In order for this to take place, it is paramount that supporters remain in their seats following the conclusion of the game. We have been informed by the EFL that a pitch invasion may result in the trophy presentation not taking place on Saturday, whilst the club risks further sanctions from the FA following supporters entering the pitch last weekend against Morecambe. Anyone who does enter the pitch on the final whistle may not be able to then watch any presentation that takes place.
