Parents of children at a school in Radcliffe are fuming after a letter was sent home with pupils asking mums and dads not to smoke at the school gates.

In the letter sent from the deputy head-teacher on the 11th February it said:

“We have had concerning reports that parents have been using cannabis around the school premises as they drop off and collect their children”.

A number of parents have expressed concerns on social media about if sending a letter via the children was the correct way to tackle this issue.
