Manchester Dog's Home is back in business after a devastating fire killed scores of animals in 2014
The arson attack at the site in Harpurhey trapped more than 50 dogs and led to an outpouring of help and aid from pet lovers across the world.
£2million of donations flooded in and with support from the likes of Simon Cowell and footballer Mario Balotelli the kennels have fully reopened.
Police investigating the arson attack arrested two boys but they were later freed without charge.
The home’s manager Steve Mapley told us: “The public on the night and following the fire were truly amazing and that suppoort stayed with us.
“It's been abolutely great and we couldn't say thank you enough.”
