With Manchester City being crowned champions of the Premier League last night, Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester has honoured their home team with a LEGO celebration of their own.

The Master Model Builder was given the task of revamping the Etihad stadium in the attraction's Miniland, complete with ever-faithful mini figure fans dressed head to toe in the Manchester City football strip and waving blue flags to mark the occasion.

In addition, the Premier League trophy stood proudly dressed in the team's baby blue ribbons on top of the Miniland's Etihad ground.

Craig Seedhouse, Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester’s General Manager said: “Everyone at the centre is so proud of what the Manchester City team has achieved, well, apart from the red supporters.

“The team deserve to be celebrated, so we are playing our part in contributing to the momentous occasion. Guests will be able to commemorate the occasion at the Discovery Centre once we reopen by taking pictures of the Etihad stadium and our mini figures enjoying the party!”

Legoland Discovery Centre Manchester will re-open to the public on May 17th.
