Man seriously hurt after attack in Bolton
An investigation is underway
A man has been left with serious injuries after an attack in Bolton.
Emergency services were called to The Pewfist, Westhoughton at around 11:40pm on Wednesday night.
A man, in his 20s, was taken to hospital. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
Greater Manchester Police has launched an investigation.
A spokesperson for GMP said: "At around 11.40pm last night (31 July), officers were called to reports of a serious assault in The Pewfist, Bolton.
"One man in his 20s was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are thankfully not believed to be life-threatening. Enquiries are currently ongoing.
