Man in life-threatening condition after being hit by car in Oldham

A man is fighting for his life after being hit by a car in Oldham.

It happened last night on Hartshead Street in Lees. Officers were called at around 7pm to reports that a man had been hit by a car.

The 32-year-old suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening conditon.

In a statement, GMP said:

"Officers are investigating to determine the exact circumstances surrounding this incident, and are keen to hear from anyone who might have CCTV or DashCam footage.
