Man arrested over Bolton murder
Police question a man over the murder of Michael Blake
Two men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the shooting dead of Michael Blake in Bolton. Shortly before 11:10pm on Thursday 3 November 2016, police were called to Manchester Road, Westhoughton and found the 28-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his leg and a gunshot wound to the back of his head.
He was taken to hospital but sadly died shortly after 10am on 4 November 2016.
A 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder and released on bail pending further enquiries. A second 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and currently remains in police custody. A 52-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
