Heather from EastEnders set to star in Stockport's Cinderella the Pantomime
Fan-favourite actor Cheryl Fergison will be playing the role of Fairy Godmother
It may seem strange to most of us to be thinking about Christmas here in August, but this is not the case for the cast of Stockport's Cinderella the Pantomime, who have already begun preparations for their December show.
Stockport's Plaza will host the Pantomime from December 8th to January 8th.
The festive family-favourite will star Cheryl Fergison, best known for her role as Heather in EastEnders as the Fairy Godmother.
Also starring in the Pantomime is newcomer Sarah Alexander-Brown as Cinderella, accompanied by stage veteran Joseph Foyster as Prince Charming.
The gruesome two-some of Jeremy Stroughair and the aptly named Robert Laughlin, will also be gracing the stage as the comedy duo the Ugly Sisters in full panto drag.
We were lucky enough to get a behind the scenes sneak peak of what exactly Manchester residents have to look forward to.
