Police hunt for suspect following double-stabbing in Crumpsall

Police are searching for a suspect following a double stabbing in Manchester on Wednesday night (06 November).

Emergency services were called to St. Mary's Hall Road in Crumpsall at around 22:40GMT, where two men, aged 19 and 20, were found injured.

Both were taken to hospital where they remain in stable condition.

In an update, Greater Manchester Police confirmed no arrests had been made, and that detectives would remain in the area while investigations continued.

A second building has been taped off by police

A blue evidence tent was seen outside a block of flats on the junction of Crumpsall Lane and St. Ann's Hall Road.

Officers set up two further cordons outside buildings on Holland Road and Ardern Road on Thursday morning (07 November).
