Charity Begins at Home
KEY103's Charity Cash for Kids has backed a project to revamp the home of a young carer in Manchester. All year round our Charity focuses on helping tens of thousands of disadvantaged children and their families across Greater Manchester. We were approached by the company Bathroom Takeaway at Trafford Park who wanted to donate a full bathroom suite to a family in need. The project saw us team up with Trafford Young Carers - one of the many groups that Cash for Kids Grant Funds.
As a result a teenage carer who dedicates his time to looking after his mum in Davyhulme was given a bathroom makeover worth £8000.BEFORE:

Bathroom Takeaway also sent the family to Center Parcs for a weekend break.
Charity Manager Russell Feingold said, "This is what our Charity is all about, helping and supporting those young people in Greater Manchester who need it the most. We couldn't do what we do without the backing of Bathroom Takeaway, who have gone above and beyond to make life for one family in Manchester just that bit better".
