Bramhall Mum Raising Money For Husband's Prosthetic Limbs

Published 17th Sep 2015

A woman from Bramhall whose husband needs a triple amputation after falling ill on holiday has told Key 103 she's overwhelmed by the support she's had.

Pamela Parkes' husband Matthew fell into a coma while in Majorca as the couple were celebrating their wedding anniversary.

Matthew will need one of his arms and both legs amputating after they became sceptic.

Now the mother of three is raising money to provide the best possible care for Matthew who's being treated at Wythenshawe Hospital.

So far almost two thousand pounds has been raised which Pamela is hoping will go towards providing the very best prosthetic limbs possible.
