Boy, 16, dies after crash in Stockport

A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving

A 16-year-old boy has died following a crash involving a car and motorbike.

Police were called to Gorton Road, Reddish just before 7am today, Tuesday 24 January.

The teenager was left with serious injuries and died a short time later.

Greater Manchester Police said the boy's family were being supported by specialist officers.

A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
