A 5-year-old boy from Greater Manchester with cerebral palsy, who shot to fame doing sign language with his sister, has been subject to shocking online abuse.

Christian Kilduff and his sister Jade have been viewed millions of times on social media signing along to hit songs.

Jade initially set up the group Sign Along With Us after seeing the difference it made to Christian and how he could communicate with the family.

Then in 2020 the siblings entered Britain's Got Talent and wowed David Walliams so much he pressed his 'Golden Buzzer' - fast-tracking them to the finals.

But Jade told us despite receiving an over-whelming positive reaction, online trolls have started to target Christian with abuse - and even death threats.

"Things like 'look at that vegetable - let's put him our soup and eat him' and 'if I saw him I'd throw stones at him until he died' - just really vile comments.

After experiencing online bullying first-hand, Jade took to social media this week to highlight some of the shocking and nasty comments her family have to read about Christian.

Jade is now calling for a major crackdown on online trolls: "If a grown adult went up to Christian in the street and threatened to kill him they would immediately face action from the police.

"But online they can say that, and worse, and have absolutely nothing happen to them.

Jade says online bullies can hide behind keyboards and screens - and she wants to see that level of protection gone.

She's hoping to work with Katie Price on 'Harvey's Law' - which if approved would make online trolling illegal.

Jade says she's been moved to tears seeing the comments Katie and Harvey receive.

"Harvey seems like such a loving boy and to read the comments are just awful. I really hope he doesn't see them.

"We both want to get it stopped - I'm hoping me and Katie can get in touch and put our forces together to make change happen."
