Anthony Crolla steps in to the ring this weekend just seven months after having a concrete slab dropped on his head.

The Manchester fighter takes on Darleys Perez for the WBA lightweight title on Saturday in his bid to become world champion.

It was feared Anthony would never fight again after he was hospitalised tackling burglars who were trying to rob a neighbours’ home.

Anthony told Key 103 he expects a tough fight against the Colombian who’s lost just once in 33 fights.
