87 year-old stabbed in Tameside
Police launch investigation
At around 8:30am this morning police were called to an address on Mossley Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, to reports that a male had been stabbed.
On arrival, officers found an 87-year-old man with stab wounds.
The man has been taken to the Royal Oldham hospital for treatment and enquiries are on-going.
