I'm A Celeb fans HORRIFIED by 'creepy' and unusual Bushtucker trial

It was terrifying!

This year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! campmates have really been through the mill when it comes to Bushtucker trials. There's been literally everything - lying on pizzas and bashing piñatas, a blind Rudolph bungee jumping, squeezing out the blood from an eye and then drinking it...

But despite having been through all that, I'm A Celebrity viewers were particularly creeped out by last night's episode (6th Dec) which saw Harry Redknapp, Emily Atack and John Barrowman take on The Doll's House challenge.

The three celebs had to crawl through a small doll's house to enter a room underground filled with Victorian dolls - and, of course, PLENTY of bugs and pigeons. The task was to listen out over the sound system for a doll's voice saying it's name, then find that doll by pressing the button on each one, and place them on the bed.

But the bed was also riddled with bugs - and the lights kept cutting out. So overall, it was a pretty horrific task, but it meant that the remaining seven campmates would be treated to a luxury breakfast in the morning, which the three of them achieved.

Bugs are enough of a scare for most of the British public, but adding creepy dolls into the mix was a bit too much for some viewers, with many taking to Twitter to share their thoughts about the situation.

One wrote, 'Nope not watching. I hate scary dolls', as another added, 'I would burn the doll house down', and another wrote, 'Just the dolls on their own have made this the worst trial of them all already.' Another viewer tweeted, 'Oh my god this task is freaking me out. Talking Dolls are too creepy', and one other commented, 'The Doll House with talking dolls is the thing of nightmares'.

Last night's episode also saw the departure of DIY presenter Nick Knowles from the camp, who seemed relieved to be out. After his interview with Holly Willoughby and Dec Donnelly, the 56-year-old broke down in tears after getting a hug from his son.

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV.
