Coronation Street spoilers 8 - 12 October 2018: Daniel proposes to Sinead and they have a Pagan wedding, Ryan returns, and there is a dramatic car crash... But first, let's recap about what happens this week in Corrie.
Sinead broke down when she admitted to Beth that she's 12 weeks pregnant, but had been bleeding for the last four weeks. She went to the hospital for her 12-week scan, and she and Daniel were delighted when they see the baby pop up on the sonogram screen.
However, after Daniel left the room, Sinead told the doctor about the bleeding and on further investigation, a lump was found on her cervix. Sinead was told it needs further investigation.
Sinead was at her wits end after being told that the lump may be cancerous, and she may need chemotherapy, and may also have to have a termination.
But when Daniel received a letter from his mum but said he wants nothing to do with her, Sinead puts her worries on the back burner to support him.
Ryan stuck to his story that he left the flat and when he came back Cormac was dead. He told Sophie that he panicked and didn't call an ambulance and asked her to back up his version of events.
In fear of Ronan, Ryan revealed he was planning to do a runner and suggested Ali should do the same. Ali refused, and the police arrived. Ali was taken to the station.

Later in the week, Sinead opens up to Chesney about her diagnosis.

Sinead goes to her hospital appointment alone.
After her biopsy, a terrified Sinead waits for the results of her MRI scan.
As Sinead steps off the tram she's floored to see the beautifully decorated garden. Daniel drops to one knee and asks her to marry him.
Sinead agrees to the Pagan wedding
But will she confide in Daniel about her health?
Daniel reveals that Sinead is pregnant
Sinead tells Beth she will always put her baby first. Beth's unaware of the enormity of her resolution.
Liz tells Jim she'd like to give their relationship another go...
But as Hannah watches on will she realise his feelings for his ex are genuine and not part of their deception as he claims?
When Ryan returns home, Ali reveals he's been suspended because of him.
Michelle tells Ryan and Ali they need to request police protection, but they soon realise Ronan is following them...
After they are involved in a car crash, Ronan drives straight at Ryan.
Steve is preparing for the wedding.
Tracy storms in and slaps him, claiming to know about his affair with Abi.
