A man who stabbed to death in a park in Wembley earlier this week has been named by police as 42 year old Milton Hurlington.

Officers were called at 9:49pm on Monday (July 17) to King Edward VII Park, with Mr Hurlington passing away at the scene.

A post mortem determined he'd died of blood loss following a stab wound to the arm.

Two men and a woman have been arrested on supsicion of murder and released on bail.

Detective Chief Inspector Linda Bradley, leading the investigation for the Met, said: “First and foremost, my thoughts are with Milton’s family and friends at what is an incredibly difficult time."

"Specialist support is being given by my team, and they will continue to receive this as the investigation progresses.

“At present we believe he sustained his injuries in King Edward VII park and then made his way to the Dene, where residents discovered him and called the emergency services.

“I am really keen to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything out of the ordinary in the park and surrounding areas on Monday 17 July between 6pm and 10:45pm to come forward.

"Please do not hesitate to get in touch, no matter how insignificant you may think your information to be- it could be the key to our investigation.”
