A 44-year-old man has been charged with murder after a fatal stabbing in south-east London.

Robert Robinson, 21, died from "multiple incised wounds" in Carteret Way in Deptford on Thursday night.

The Metropolitan Police said Dalziell Wedderburn, 44, of Argosy House, Windlass Place, Deptford, was charged with murder on Sunday and is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday.

A second man, aged 50, who was arrested over the killing has been released on bail until early September.
